8月15日から8月18日までアイスランドのレイキャビクで開催されたEuroCALL 2023国際会議において、CIE言語センターMichael Wilkinsが「An Investigation of the Efficacy of ChatGPT Powered Chatbot」と題した発表を行いました。EuroCALLは、ヨーロッパを中心に世界各国からCALLの研究者が集まり、CALL分野における最新の課題について議論する年に一度の国際会議です。今年の会議では、言語学習を促進するためのテクノロジー利用に関する通常の会議のトピックに加え、CALLや言語教育・学習全般に対するAIの影響に焦点が当てられた。
Michael Wilkins, Language Center, CIE Gave a presentation titled: An Investigation of the Efficacy of ChatGPT Powered Chatbot at EuroCALL 2023 International Conference, which was held from August 15 to August 18 in Reykjavik, Iceland. The EuroCALL conference, the largest of its kind, is an annual International conference that brings together CALL researchers from all over Europe and the world to discuss current issues in the field of CALL. In addition to the usual conference topics about using technology to promote language learning, this year's conference was focussed on the influence of AI on CALL and language teaching and learning in general.
