The 28th International IATEFL Slovenia Conference was very teacher-centered with an aim to help teachers and students navigate both old and new obstacles in EFL/ESL teaching and learning contexts. Audience questions and subsequent discussion covered different ways to utlize video feeback in various classrooms, how to troubleshoot possible issues, and general suggestions on which educational technology is best suited for providing video feedback. The conference also offered a variety of presentation styles, workshops, and several plenary speakers highlighted by Jeremy Harmer, who has been an important figure in langugae teaching and learning for several decades.
