IEFL, Markane Sipraseuth, School of International Studies, gave a presentation on “Migrant bridge individuals emotion regulation goals in Japanese SMEs” at the 35th Annual Association of Japanese Business Studies (AJBS) Conference and participated in the Sheth/AIB Doctoral Consortium at the 65th Annual Academy of International Business (AIB) 2023 Warsaw Conference, which were both held jointly from July 5th, 2023 to July 9th, 2023 in Warsaw, Poland. AJBS is focused on the research of Japanese business at the international level, beginning the conference with a fascinating plenary on Japanese business in Poland and Eastern Europe: Challenges and Opportunities. AIB, the leading international business scholar community, used the theme of “International Business Resilience under Global Disruption” as a focus point of the conference based on today’s global uncertainty. Over 1,100 participants participated from all over the world, including leading and emerging scholars, to discuss research, sustainability, entrepreneurship, education, policy, and ideas related to international business.
