柿原武史・商学部・教授が、2024年4月17日～2024年4月21日に、ポルトガル・ブラガ市およびギマライス市で開催された国際ガリシア学会 Asociación Internacional de Estudos Galegosにおいて、「国外におけるガリシア語研究の実態」および「外国語としてのガリシア語学習者の学習動機」をテーマに発表を行いました。Asociación Internacional de Estudos Galegosは、スペイン北西部の地域言語ガリシア語を話す人々の言語や文化、文学について研究する世界の研究者が3年に1度集まる国際会議であり、ミーニョ大学で開催された今回の大会には10カ国以上の国から200名もの研究者が集まり発表・討議が行われました。
世界中からガリシアについて研究する研究者がそれぞれの最新の研究について報告し、活発な議論が行われました。また、本学会は欧州と南北アメリカ大陸からの参加者が大半であるため、報告者はアジアからの唯一の参加者として注目を浴びました。19日にはポルトガル、スペイン、イタリアの共同研究者とともに「国外におけるガリシア語研究の実態」についての調査報告を行い、続いて報告者単独で「外国語としてのガリシア語学習者の学習動機」についての調査結果を報告した。フロアの参加者および、同じセッションでオンラインで報告したアメリカ人研究者から、複数の質問とコメントがなされ、活発な議論を行いました。

Professor, Takeshi KAKIHARA, Faculty of Business AdministrationProfessor, Takeshi KAKIHARA, Faculty of Business Administration gave a presentation on the situation of the Galician Studies around the world and the Motivations of those whi are learning Galician as a foreign language at the meeting of the AIEG (Asociación Internacional de Estudos Galegos), which was held from April 17 to 22 held at the Minho University (Universidade do Minho) in Braga and Gimaraes, Portugal .AIEG is is one of the world's leading academic conferences, which is held once every three years and brings together Galicia researchers from all over the world. About 200 researchers from more than 10 countries gathered to give presentations and hold discussions. Takeshi Kakihara was the only participant from Asia and attracted a lot of attention. He with his international reserch team members from Spain, Portugal and Italia, gave an presentation titled "Os estudos galegos no exterior: contributos para un diagnóstico" and also gave presentation titled "Motivación dos estudantes de lingua galega para aprender este idioma e o seu uso real".
