望月康恵・法学部教授が、2024年5月30日に、タイ・バンコクで開催されたAsian Law Institute(ASLI)において、”Is Universal Jurisdiction really “universal”? Its implications in the ASEAN"をテーマに発表を行いました。21回目を迎えるASLI年次研究大会は、テーマ"The Future of Law, the Future of Asia"の下、チュラロンコン大学がホストとなり、20カ国以上の国から250名もの研究者が集まり発表・討議が行われました。2日に及ぶ研究大会では、特にアジアにおける国際法に関連する先端的な研究報告が行われ、研究者間の交流も活発に行われました。
Prof. Yasue MOCHIZUKI, School of Law and Politics gave a presentation on ”Is Universal Jurisdiction Really “Universal”? Its Implications in the ASEAN" at the 21st Asian Law Institute (ASLI) Conference 2024, which was held from May 29 to 30, 2024 in Bangkok Thailand. The 21st ASLI Annual Conference was hosted by Chulalongkorn University under the theme "The Future of Law, the Future of Asia" and brought together 250 researchers from over 20 countries. The two-day conference featured research reports on international law in Asia in particular and active exchanges between researchers.
