Professor Naoko Kishimoto, School of Engineering, gave an oral presentation entitled "EVALUATION OF WIND TUNNEL TEST RESULTS OF TAXIDERMY BLACK-TAILED GULL (LARUS CRASSIROSTRIS)," at the 34th Congress of the International Council of the Aeronautical Science (ICAS 2024), held at Florence, Italy, from September 9 to 13 in 2024. ICAS is the world's largest international conference in the field of aeronautical science, held every two years and had 1189 participants from 38countries. In principle, face-to-face participation was required this time, and there were oral presentations and keynote speeches in a total of more than 30 sessions in 17 rooms from Track 1 to 17 during the three days from the 9th to the 12th. On the last day, the 13th, a technical tour (Italian Aerospace Research Center (CIRA), Aviation History Museum (Vigna Di Valle), and Leonardo, a company active in the defense, security, and aerospace fields) was held to promote active discussion and exchange among the participants.
