ブレイカー・アンドリュー・建築学部英語常勤講師（IEFL）が、2025年2月6日から2025年2月7日にかけてラオスのヴァン・ヴィエンで開催された第19回ラオスTESOL国際会議において、「Creating an ESP Service List from a Subject-Specific Corpus」をテーマに発表を行いました。第43回タイTESOL国際会議は、世界中から研究者が集まり、教育に関する最新の研究成果を共有することを目的としており、多数の国から研究者が集まり発表・討議が行われました。今年のテーマ「Innovative Approaches to ELT: Teaching Methods and Assessment（ELTへの革新的アプローチ：教授法と評価）」では、教育者、研究者、実務家に対し、英語教授法と評価を向上させる最先端の戦略に関する見識や研究を共有するよう呼びかけました。教育者や学者とネットワークを作り、私が行っている研究を共有する素晴らしい機会でした。
IEFL Andrew Blaker from the School of Architecture gave a presentation on Creating an ESP Service List from a Subject-Specific Corpus at The 19th LaoTESOL International Conference, which was held from February 6th to 7th 2024 in Vang Vieng. This year's theme, "Innovative Approaches to ELT: Teaching Methods and Assessment," called upon educators, researchers, and practitioners to share their insights and research on cutting-edge strategies that enhance English language teaching and assessment. It was a great opportunity to network with educators and academics, and share the research I am conducting.
