禪野美帆・商学部教授が、2025年6月30日から7月4日に、セルビアの都市ノビ・サドで開催されたThe 58th Internacional Congress of Americanistsにおいて、メキシコ市内の旧先住民村落の社会・文化的状況をテーマとするシンポジウムのコーディネーターを務め、また、同シンポジウムにおいて、特に旧先住民村落内のコンフリクトに焦点を当てた口頭発表を行いました。シンポジウムでは、活発な議論も行われ、同テーマについてより深い理解につながりました。Internacional Congress of Americanistsは、世界中から、主にラテンアメリカを対象とする研究者が集まる大規模な研究大会で、多岐に渡るテーマでシンポジウムが組まれ、多数の研究発表とそれに基づく議論が行われました。
Professor Miho Zenno from the School of Business Administration served as the coordinator of a symposium on the social and cultural situations of former indigenous villages in Mexico City at the 58th International Congress of Americanists, held in Novi Sad, Serbia, from June 30 to July 4, 2025. During the symposium, she delivered an oral presentation focusing specifically on conflicts within those former indigenous villages. The symposium featured lively discussions, leading to a deeper understanding of the theme.
