井上武史・法学部教授が、2024年2月26日に、フランスのパリ・シテ大学（マラコフ市）で開催されたパリ・シテ大学と関西学院大学の共同開催による日仏研究集会＜Colloque franco-japonais＞ : « Regard juridique sur la religion en démocratie libérale : entre neutralité des collectivités publiques, protection des libertés fondamentales, gestion de la coexistence pacifique et protection des intérêts de l’Etat »(「リベラル・デモクラシー社会における宗教に対する法的まなざし：公権力の中立性、基本的自由の保護、平和的共存の管理 、国家利益の保護の間で」)において、パリ・シテ大学のティエリー・ロンボー（Thierry Rambaud）教授とともに、共同開催責任者として参加しました。上記日仏研究集会は、現代のリベラル・デモクラシー国家で生じている、信教の自由、政教分離原則さらにはカルト宗教などの宗教に関する諸問題を法的な観点から検討するもので、日本、フランス、ベルギーなどから、オンライン参加を含めて約70名の研究者や学生が参加し、研究報告と質疑応答が行われました。開会にあたり、則本浩佑・在フランス日本大使館一等書記官の挨拶が行われたほか、日本法、フランス法、ベルギー法、ヨーロッパ法の状況について、それぞれの著名な研究者や実務者による最新の研究が紹介されました。
Professor Takeshi Inoue, Faculty of Law, presented a lecture at the Colloque franco-japonais, a French-Japanese research meeting jointly organized by the University of Paris Cité and Kwansei Gakuin University, held on February 26, 2024, at the University of Paris Cité (Malakoff, France): "Regard juridique sur la religion en démocratie libérale : entre neutralité des collectivités publiques, protection des libertés fondamentales, gestion de la coexistence pacifique et protection des intérêts de l'Etat ", as a co-organizer with Professor Thierry Rambaud of the Université Paris Cité. The above-mentioned French-Japanese meeting examined from a legal perspective the religious issues that arise in modern liberal democratic states, such as freedom of religion, the principle of separation of church and state, and cults. The opening remarks were made by Mr. Kosuke Norimoto, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in France, and the latest research on the state of Japanese, French, Belgian, and European law was presented by prominent scholars and practitioners in each field.
