Andrew Nowlan gave a presentation on "Increasing Access to International Education and Study Abroad in Japan Through COIL" at the (Re)centering Education Conference, which was held from September 19, 2024 to September 20, 2024 in Rome, Italy. The Re(centering) Education Conference was focused on innovations, changes, critical issues, and new challenges that society and education present today. Approximately 100 researchers attended the conference from 10 countries. There were two days of presentations at the event, with each presentation followed by engaging discussions and questions from the audience. There was time between sessions to network with other academics from around the world.
