商学部・森谷周一准教授が、個人特別研究費を用いて、人材マネジメントの運用に関するフィールド調査を実施しました。経営学における人的資源管理論、経営戦略論を専攻する森谷准教授は、採用や人材育成といった人材マネジメントの各職能が成果に結びつく過程を、現場の責任者であるライン管理者による運用という側面に着目し実証研究を進めています。そのための調査として、日本企業数社を対象に、人事部とライン管理者の双方にインタビューを実施しました。得られたデータは海外ジャーナルに投稿するための論文として作成され、研究成果は関連学会にて発表される計画です。
Shuichi Moritani, Associate Professor at School of Business Administration was granted from the university and conducted the investitagation concerning implmenetation of Human Resource Management. This project aims to understand the mechanism through which human resource management practices contribute with performance by addressing the role of line managers. In this project, he made interviews with Human Resource Dedartment and line managers working for Japanese companies to gain the empirical evidence. This data is used to write a paper which is targeted to publish at international journal and present at relevant academic conference.
