2025年２月から 関西学院大学海外招聘客員教授として英国エジンバラ大学の Stephen Osborne 教授が来日されています。今回のワークショップは、オズボーン教授の差配のもとで、イタリアから以下の３先生に来日していただき、関西学院大学大阪梅田キャンパスで２月15･16日に開催されました。日本側からは約20名の研究者・大学院生が参加しました。3先生の研究報告内容は以下の通りです。15日はオズボーン教授の Keynote Speech と３先生の報告、16日はその報告内容に基づいた日本側からの質疑にイタリアの研究者が回答するという形で進められました。当日の詳細は『CIPFA Japan ジャーナル』第９号（2025年7月発刊予定）に報告される予定です。
